Dr. Steve Leon
Dr. Steve Leon is a native of Central Illinois and grew up in Villa . Dr. Leon undertook his undergraduate studies at Western Illinois University followed by Optometric college at the Illinois College of Optometry. Dr. Leon has been in practice for over 36 years. He is extremely active in the community of Villa Grove as the past president of the Villa Grove Chamber of Commerce and Jaycees. Dr. Leon enjoys all aspects of Optometry including working with pediatric eye care, glaucoma and ocular pathology. As a car enthusiast Dr. Leon likes to spend the time he has to do restoration work and build street rods. He is currently a Lieutenant Colonel in the Illinois Air National Guard, 182nd Air Wing, Peoria, Illinois and has been serving for the past 20 years. He resides in Villa Grove, loves riding his Harley and can definitely hold his own on the golf course.
Dr. Ryan Witt
Dr. Ryan Witt is a native of Central Illinois and grew up in Rantoul. He started working with Chittick Family Eye Care during his undergraduate studies at the University of Illinois. He returned to join the doctors at Chittick after graduating from the Illinois College of Optometry in 2014. Dr. Witt enjoys all aspects of Optometry including working with difficult to fit contact lenses and diabetic eye care.
Dr. Witt works in a variety of administrative roles within the practice in addition to his patient care responsibilities. He currently serves as the President of the East Central Society and is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Illinois Optometric Association. Dr. Witt resides in Savoy and in his free time enjoys cheering on the Fighting Illini.
