Dr. Ryan Witt is our valued Medical Director at Chittick Eye Care.
Dr. Witt graduated from the University of Illinois with honors in 2010 and then attained his Doctor of Optometry, with honors, from the Illinois College of Optometry in 2014.
Dr. Witt is a Past President of the East Central Illinois Optometric Society and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Illinois Optometric Association. He is a member of the Gold Key Optometric Honor Society, the Illinois Optometric Association, and the American Optometric Association. In addition to his patient care responsibilities, Dr. Witt is the Medical Director of Chittick Eye Care.
All aspects of eye care from dry eye to contact lenses, to macular degeneration and glaucoma, interest Dr. Witt. He is always looking to try out new technologies that provide a benefit to patient care.
Dr. Witt is an ardent fan of the University of Illinois football and basketball teams and a former saxophone player in the University of Illinois Marching Illini.
